    But the Fado on this cd could be from very old recordings. I looked up some of the singers and they go back to and earlier. Altho the new "Queens of Fado" are fantastic and have revived appreciation of Fado and Amalia, the old recordings show how timeless and relatively unchanging this music is. I have better old Fado recordings however/5(28).
